What we collect with your message, and why
- What you type (category, subject, message) - to answer you.
- Your email address - only to send you our answer.
- A screenshot, only if you attach one. We remove hidden photo data (like location) before saving it.
- Diagnostics, only if you tick the box - you can see exactly what they contain before sending.
Only the Big Frank support team can read it, and every time they open a ticket it is logged. We never sell or share it. Closed tickets are deleted after 2 years and screenshots after 180 days. Details: privacy policy.
