What Big Frank knows about you, and what it never will
Who we are
Big Frank is a Discord bot and a website ("Big Frank", "we", "us"). It turns a Discord server's activity into a stock market and a shared 3D world for that server's members. This policy explains what we collect when Big Frank is in your server or when you use the website, and what we do with it.
What we collect

What we never collect
Message content is never stored. Big Frank does not have Discord's Message Content permission, so it cannot read what you write in Discord at all. We also do not collect your email address, your direct messages, your location, or anything from servers that don't use Big Frank.
Who can see it
Your stock, stats, home and game activity are visible to the other members of the same Discord server, inside that server's world. They are not shown to the public or to other servers. The website checks with Discord that you are a member before letting you in.
We don't sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. There are no third-party ad or analytics trackers. Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers only to run the service.
How long we keep it
- When you leave a server, your record is hidden at once and kept for 30 days, so everything is restored if you come back. After 30 days it is deleted.
- When a server removes Big Frank, that server's data is kept for 30 days (a re-invite restores it), then deleted.
- Login sessions expire after 7 days.
- Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, then replaced, so deleted data leaves the backups within two weeks.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, without waiting 30 days. Contact us through the support server (linked in the footer) from the Discord account the data belongs to, and tell us which server it is in. A server admin can also ask us to delete the whole server's data. We act on requests within 30 days.
To stop Big Frank collecting anything, leave the server, or ask an admin to remove the bot.
Frank Coins and the casino
Frank Coins are a play currency. They cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out, sold or exchanged for anything of real value. The casino, sports book, lottery and other games are simulated and played only with Frank Coins, for fun.
Age
Big Frank is for people aged 13 or older, the same minimum age as Discord (higher where your country's law requires it). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think a child under 13 is using Big Frank, tell us and we will delete their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say so on the website.
